Translation app to compete for Cambridge University award

Cambridge University Entrepreneur’s £1000 challenge has attracted over 50 entries including a translation app called MALSI Translator for Apple iPhones. The prize is to be announced on February 22nd for which healthcare and clean technology dominate the entries.

MALSI translator is a movement based translation app that recognizes expressions and translates them into 5 different languages. It translates pre-determined movements directly into the chosen target language. It displays the translated text and also gives out the same in a synthesized voice output.
