New version of Translation Cloud app for Facebook released

Version 2.0 of Translation Cloud app which is part of Ackuna, a free online translation tool created by Translation Services, USA for Facebook users has been released. This app is of great help to freelance translators who can translate short texts using the app on their Facebook account sitting in the comfort of their home and for which they would be paid through PayPal. The translated text undergoes 3 rounds of reviews before it is accepted as correct and uploaded into the database.

Some of the new features of the Translation Cloud version 2.0 include more user friendly interface with updated graphics. The Translation Rank feature ranks translators depending upon the quality of their translations. Translators below certain ‘rank’ would be blacklisted and prevented from undertaking translation jobs in future. Those performing consistently well would be eligible for bonus in future translation jobs. The app has been a hit since its initial release in February this year with over 4000 registered users and over 150 completed projects to date.
