New version of GeoFluent Chat released

GeoFluent Chat 2.0, the latest version of Lionbridge Technologies Inc’s (based in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States) cloud based multilingual chat application was released last week. The app provides contact centres with on demand translation capability integrated into their existing chat applications. Contact centre agents can interact with users in multiple languages in real time using GeoFluent 2.0.

Some of the features added to the new version include API (application programming interface) for easy integration with existing applications, new reporting feature that uses metrics to evaluate effectiveness of online chat sessions and support for pre chat survey that increases the effectiveness of client engagement.
