Holy Quran’s new translation in Persian

Gholamali Haddad-Adel the director of Iranian Academy of Persian Language and Literature has done yet another translation of the holy Quran in Persian. Taking 9 years to complete the project the Iranian scholar said the translation was based on the Al-Mizan Interpretation of Allamah Tabatabaii which is a major Shiite interpretation of the holy book (Tafsir al-Mizan).

The translated version was unveiled in Tehran as part of the 19th International Holy Quran Exhibition held there last week. The translation into today’s Persian language was proofread by over 100 experts and is considered among the best. For more information on the subject please visit addad
