Bad Translator’s rising popularity

Ackuna’s online cloud translator app Bad Translator has received overwhelming response from users with 750,000th visitor to its website recently within a short time since launch. This app utilizes free machine translation tools available on the web to translate back and forth text input by a user between various languages. At the end of a series of such effort often hilarious translation emerges that is grammatically wrong and meaningless.

Users just have to go to Bad Translator site and type in text less than 250 English characters and choose the no. of iterations of translation desired. One can also choose between Google and Bing translators. The final result can be posted onto Facebook if desired. Founder of Ackuna Alex Buran says Bad Translator has been receiving 50 to 100 hits a day right from day one. It has over 27,000 fans on its Facebook page and its popularity growing by the day.
